I’ve visited this restaurant on several occassions simply because I was sick of going to the same Chinatown establishments. But every time I leave, I remember why I go to the same Chinatown restaurants. There’s really nothing spectacular about this place, the portions are small, the dim sum menu is insufficient, and it’s a bit pricey. The dinner menu is also nothing to boast about. The only thing this place has going is that no one is constantly bumping into you and that it’s clean.

i remembered i didn’t think it was worth it bc dim sum should not be this expensive. but i was only 16, it had just opened, and i was dirt broke. i remembered thinking it would run out of business soon bc it wasn’t authentic enough but it seems to be doing better and better every year, so it must be good for tourists

Let me preface this review by saying that I am a dim sum novice, and that while I really enjoyed the dumplings, it’s not a food I will most likely seek out much in the future.
We tried Dim Sum Go Go with a group and had a great time..it was around Chinese New Year and the dragons were out and about, blessing shops and Dim Sum Go Go was one of the spots the dragons stopped. We tried several dumplings but the standouts for me were the crab meat and the chives and shrimp dumplings – delicious!
They offered great service and if I am ever in the mood for dim sum, I will head back to Dim Sum Go Go.
