Probably a 4.5 actually. Nice array of breakfast favorites with items that have a twist, mostly a southwestern twist. Eggs benedict were well prepared and balanced. Potatoes seasoned well, not just your standard home fries. Corned beef hash well done as well. Only complaint is the slow service, although we did go on a Saturday morning.

This is a phenomenal spot for brunch (a very close second to Easy Street Cafe). Incredibly low key, friendly, and reasonably priced.

They don’t accept reservations so it’s a great idea to bring the paper ask the wait staff to bring you a cup of coffee, which by the way is free for those waiting, and enjoy the morning. Overall the staff is very friendly and efficient.

I love the fact that they’ve purposely made it such a low key place. Nothing in the restaurant matches, neither the tables, chairs, mugs, plates, not silverware. The portions are large and very reasonably priced.

I urge anyone looking for a great down to earth brunch spot to put this on the top of their list.
