0/8 Seafood Grill offers local flavors and an eclectic wine selection in a lively, modern environment. Chef Dan Thiessen's breakfast, lunch and dinner menus feature local Northwest products and flavors in unique, Asian-accented, seafood-focused dishes. We also feature outdoor dining and a weekend brunch Saturday and Sunday mornings.

Twisted Cork Wine Bar, the spirited lounge of 0/8 Seafood Grill, features 20 Champagne and sparkling selections and 50 wines available by-the-taste or-glass, as well as a 300-label wine list. Handcrafted cocktails and an extensive beer list are also available. Co-Owner and Chef Dan Thiessen's lounge menu lists many small plates and desserts with a focus on Northwest flavors. Happy hours are from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm and 10:00 pm to 12:00 am daily.
