Molyvos is the closest you can get to Greece in New York City. Critics agree that Molyvos serves perhaps the finest example of Greek cuisine in New York, and beyond. Molyvos’ menu is built upon the home-style cooking of Greece, with dishes elevated through the talents and professional expertise of executive chef James Botsacos. He prepares each of the authentic recipes using classical cooking techniques and the superior ingredients available to him.
