This place is like an old cozy sweatshirt you just can’t get rid of. The donuts are good. When I was in highschool (It was Foster’s donuts back then), we would often hit this place up after a good keg party and get some sweet gooey chewy treats. There would be a crowd of other kids with the same idea already ahead of us.

When I was older, my condo was down the street, and damn it if I couldn’t resist getting a chocolate donut and a little carton of milk when I came home from my night class.

I know the strawberry and Peach donuts are the highlight here, but the all chocolate cake donut with chocolate icing and coconut flakes are still my classic comfort food fave. Not too soft, not too greasy. Just right. They have a bakers dozen special that gives you a variety of different cake and yeast donuts for a discount. Better than Krispy Kreme if you ask me..

There’s nothing quite like a tiger-tail pulled from the hot grease not 5 minutes before biting into it; apple fritters are another personal favorite here. yes, there are a plethora of donut places in SoCal, but Donut Man just produces superior donuts. It’s that simple.
