Josies East uses healthier ingredients and a rich, flowing environment, striving to create a unique dining experience that tantalizes the palates of health-conscious and mainstream diners alike. At Josie’s East, our meats, poultry and eggs are certified free-range, our grains, beans, flour and seasonal produce are certified organic and our appetizers, entrees and pastas are prepared dairy-free. Even the water used for drinking, cooking and ice-making is multi-filtered to remove impurities. Beyond the healthier essentials, we are guided by a passion to create richly-flavored cuisine that delights diners of all backgrounds and tastes.

I’ve dined and ordered from this place a number of times, and I LOVE it. I’ll admit that I’m not a fan of their appetizers, but the entrees are great! Lots of organic choices that are fantastic. I highly recommend the Seared Yellowfin Tuna Wasabi Burger and the Unfried Rice with Thai seared wild shrimp.
