Total ripoff - should be called the "veggie pit"
This Pita Pit may have a catchy name and fun cartoon characters, but you shouldn’t judge this book by its cover. The service was slow – my server ruined three pitas before finally opening one up properly, just to stuff it with stale veggies and no meat. My breath was reeking from all the raw onions that were stuffed in my pita. This isn’t a good place to go if you’re meeting people afterwards.
Actually, this isn’t a good place to go, period. I’m never going here again, and neither should you.

Gyro
Horribly disappointing. The best way to ruin a good Gyro is to stuff the pita with stale lettuce and raw onions, add one piece of flavorless gyro meat, and DRENCH the whole thing in Tzatziki sauce. Yech.
Might be healthier, but it's not tastier
The sign on the window says that they’ve got healthy food…While it might be healthier because they cram the pita full of lettuce and other random veggies, it’s certainly doesn’t taste any better this way. Half of my bites barely had any meat in them. I’d rather have more meat and better taste.

Gyro
I felt like I was eating a salad with a couple of bites of meat and pita. I’d rather go to a gyro stand and get more meat. $6 is alot for mostly lettuce.
