Executive Chef Adam Stevenson takes Earth & Ocean into a new era, offering a modern riff on American classics. Met my expectation for a nice place to eat

Ambience: great! More modern-type scene.
Service: the bread-man is awesome!
Price: $25-3-course-meal was priced just right.

It’s probably priced right for the type of food they serve and the ambience.

It’s not a big deal, but the host promised us earlier than our reservation time, but resulted in seating us a bit later. They ended us seating at the table that was empty the whole time we were there 15min prior to our reservation.

The waitress was very professional, prompt, and nice. The bread-man was very quick and never left the plate empty.

Next to it is a bar playing good music, and was pretty packed for a Sunday night. It’s probably because it’s near (or in) the W hotel.

Wild Mushroom Bisque

I think this tasted right (and probably good)for a mushroom bisque. But I never remember that mushroom soup is nothing that I go crazy for. I’m so used to seafood bisque that I expected too much.

Rock Shrimp Risotto

I always love getting risottos because they never seem to betray me. This was very good and creamy. Would get it again for sure!

Citrus Cheesecake Trio

I liked the orange cheesecake the best, but I liked the lime/lemon cheesecake as well. Worth a try for sure!

25 for 25 is a great deal at Earth and Ocean!

We went to Earth and Ocean this week and sampled the 25 for 25 menu. There was a very nice variety of selections and everyone enjoyed all of their dishes. My pork tenderloin with Spatzle was perfectly cooked, tender and well seasoned. The trio of citrus cheesecakes were all creamy with a zing.
