From OpenTable:

Led by Chef Michael Ponzio, Bar Umbriago is a comfortable 130-seat Italian wine bar featuring sharable small plates, classic cocktails & an extensive wine list. Named after a character in an old Jimmy Durante song, Bar Umbriago remains true to Italian sensibility by offering the kind of cuisine common in little restaurants on the side streets of Verona or Sicily.

Dynamite Wings, Dynamite Service

Been to Eatt many times and is one of my favorite restaurants in River North and for many reasons.

Reason # 1: Eatt has a great selecton of food for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Reason # 2: Big portions that taste good and are a great value.

Reason # 3: It’s a relaxed place to kick back with friends and family that offers highline food in a casual setting.

Reason # 4: At Eatt people really make a difference here. Sure they get busy and good places get busy, but even during the busy times the staff does a wonderful job keeping the drinks full and checking on you to make sure your meal is perfect.

Reason # 5: Late night hot spot. Come here before or after cocktails and enjoy the people watching show. Eatt is a lot of fun.

Reason # 6: The Bartenders make some of the best drinks in the city. Try the Mango Margarita.

Reason # 7: The Desserts. People will dine all around the city but Eatt has a cult following of dessert junkies that just come by for the sugar fix. One bite of the desserts at Eatt instantly puts you in a state of WOW and you become hooked.

Overall you just can not find an all purpose breakfast, lunch and late nite diner that offers the type of quality food with as much atmosphere as Eatt has.

The Dynamte wings bring you back to family BBQ time and good times in front of the TV watch the game. The wings are perfectly done witha little kick.

One bite gets you hooked and gets you ready for your entree.
The wings are big and good. – Rare Find!

Good Eatt's at a Great Value

Seldom do you find a restaurant like EATT that makes Real Cornbeef Hash. Most places have the stuff by the can, but at Eatt they make it Fresh and once you have had it you’ll become a fan as I am. Eatt is a European / American Style Diner that features a variety of just Good Food. Portions are larger, but menu is Value Priced (not expensive).

Dishes I tried:

Cornedbeef Hash and eggs

Parmesean Truffle Tater Tots. Enough said.

I went here today for dinner, and it was wonderful. The food and service was great. The prices are in line with what one should expect in downtown Chicago and for high quality food. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone because it has something for everyone.

This dish was awesome. The tuna was very fresh, the lemon aioli was perfect, and it was overall a very light dish. I got it with the parmesean truffle tater tots instead of the fries, which I definitely recommend. Even the cole slaw that came with the sandwich was great. Definitely try it out.

Hands down, one of the best diners that I have been to in a

I was in Chicago this past weekend and ate here for breakfast two mornings in a row. Hands down, one of the best diners that I have been to in a while. Reminds me of a good New York City or New Jersey diner, with great food and service. It wouldn’t hurt to make a reservation for Sunday morning breakfast; we got there and it was CROWDED! The next time I am in town, I will have to come back to try lunch and possibly dinner!
