Shrimp and grits
Edgar’s Grille, a New American restaurant at the corner of Washington Road and Fury's Ferry Road, features a wide selection of appetizers, including brick oven pizzas, as well as delicious entrees of steak, braised lamb shank, fresh pastas, and low-country favorites such as fried green tomatoes and pork chops with apple compote.
Chef de Cuisine Larry Balcarcel is introducing fresh, local cuisine with a taste of the low country. Edgar's is proud to feature produce, proteins and dairy provided by vendors throughout the region, including organically grown produce from East Georgia, Shady Creek Farms, Spotted Trotter and Heritage Farms.
Edgar’s Grille offers an unique bar featuring a wood-fired fired brick oven and warm, elegant dining. Outdoor dining is available in the heated courtyard. Edgar’s Grille is open for Lunch, Dinner and Sunday Brunch.
