As we walked in we were greeted by the ambiance we’d grown accustomed to while living in The South, los colores de Mexicana. All around the room are the most vibrant colors displayed on hand-carved, hand-painted furnishings. Every piece unique from the rest. Your eyes can’t help but wander as they take in the tropical fruits and scenes from the fields of Mexico. If you’re looking for something to calm the eye, the large wall mural of distant Mexico in hues that are much more subtle will certainly do the trick. If you’re looking for a mixed drink, the bar is well stocked! And you’ll never miss a game with the many screens hanging on the walls. Of course, the complimentary chips and salsa are always a hit! Not to mention that the rice and beans are pretty darn good too!
No telling how long this will last, but daily lunch specials are only $3.99, not too shabby at all! Great on the pocket book!
With two flautas and a fried burrito filled with melt in your mouth roast beef, plus guac, ensalada, and rice and beans. You won’t go hungry. It’s not possible. This dish is nearly a little piece of heaven. You won’t be sorry you tried it.
