At Élevage, 2-time James Beard Award Semifinalist, Executive Chef Chad Johnson reexamines classic cuisine from around the world and elevates it with a modern twist. Developed out of Bern's Steak House traditions, this restaurant continues to do things differently with great pride and passion. The concept curates the idea of Nostalgia meets Nouveau in all aspects of Élevage, from the reclaimed wood throughout, to the enticing menu items that Chef Chad Johnson brings to life within this concept. The Beverage program is led by Dean Hurst, Director of Spirits and Food and Beverage Manager, Charles Coe. At EDGE Social Drinkery, our Rooftop Bar, you can enjoy Dean's creations, crafted by Dean and our extremely talented bar team. At Élevage, you can enjoy a world class wine list curated together utilizing all resources within the Bern's family.
