The best thing about this small smoothie bar is the location, right next to a 24-Hour Fitness. The owners must know this too, as the entire small front space is stocked with all kinds of protein bars and drinks. Quality-wise it’s pretty much your standard smoothie bar, but they sure know their market and they cater to them well.
It could be that I was totally starving and tired from the workout, but this smoothie really hit the spot.

After a painful workout at 24-hour fitness, you gotta go next door to grab a smoothie. They definitely cater to the health-crowd with all kinds of protein and supplements. Most smoothies have either a base of nonfat milk or soy milk. I probably would have fainted without the smoothie.
Very refreshing. The pineapple gives a nice kick and after about 15 minutes my energy level was back up.
