One of the best bakeries ever
I grew up on Draeger’s, and when in the city I like to frequent places like Bay Bread, Arizmendi and Tartine. Flower Flour is on par with any of these (actually their morning bun is better than Tartine’s). Their oatmeal scones, morning buns and chocolate chip cookies could keep me busy for a lifetime but there is a full case of other, fancier pastries and cakes also. If they made bread I’m sure it would be great but they don’t.
Note that this place is not like Dick’s or Greenlee’s, which are more old school American style bakeries.
