Wow, if you like steak – and I mean GOOD steak – then Frankie & Johnnie’s is for you. Their more “famous” locale is of course in Manhattan, but I am fortunate to have this one right on the little main street in my little hometown. Generous portions of the most tender, flavorful steak with delicious sides attracts crowds that overflow onto the sidewalks and keep the phones ringing with futile last-minute reservation requests on Friday and Saturday nights. But if you can claim a coveted reservation, you’ll agree that the food is worth the hefty price.
