I completely disagree. My family and friends all love Giovanni’s! The food is always great and you can tell that the employees truly care about the customers. After years of eating at Giovanni’s, I’m not sure how it could be considered dirty, nor how the green peppers can be misleading. The home cooked fresh green peppers are ten times better than peppers out of a can. Was this your first time eating there? The manager was probably just trying to tell you how they make the peppers. The friendly and knowledgeable staff are one of the reasons we eat at Giovanni’s so I’m not sure where that comment came from. Unfortunately for you, your bad experience and negative outlook will prevent you from enjoying this restaurant. You should give it another shot before posting a review like this. Every person I talk to loves Giovanni’s and with how busy they always are every time I’m there, I doubt staying in business is a concern.
