Trust the servers. They know their stuff. Ask for the barrel-aged cocktail list. Get the scallops.

Worth the 2 month wait and lived up to every bit of the hype!!! This was a culinary experience I will never forget! Duck tongue, roasted pig face, and goat liver mousse were outstanding.
