4.0the best time to go here is for the late night happy hour. came at 9 30pm and made reservations this time. we ordered so much food. 3 servings of kalbi, 2 of the garlicky beef, and 2 chicken teriyaki, the poke salad, fried calamari, cheese wonton, edamame, 2 beers, and 1 mojito for $40.
the food was good quality and they give you small portions but you can eat a lot an dthe beer is like $1 during happy hour.
interesting part was that you basically grill everything so even the steamed veggies come in aluminum and you put the whole thing on the grill. when the air inside fills the aluminum, you take it off and peel off the aluminum to find tasty steamed veggies inside.
the best part was the grilled mochi green tea ice cream.
tips: make reservations and eat at 9:30pm or later and take advantage of their happy hour.

3.0Went here w/a wish family. It was cool, an overall great experience BBQing Japanese style. Was about $200 for a party of 7 w/comped desserts & excluding tip. More of a grilling-type atmosphere than sushi but would definitely recommend group parties. Oh! and the lemons are to use on the grill to prevent the meats from sticking. Fantastic service. :o)

4.0Awesome japanese food, not just sushi, but tabletop grilling of meats and seafood. The Kobe beef here is tender and very good. Small portions, the bill can increase substantially if you’re really hungry!
