Bistro Bliss

My husband and I just stumbled across this spot two years ago; we’re from out of state but are going to be in Racine this next week. I’m really looking forward to having dinner there again. Restaurant was very reminescent of the places we dined in while in France.
It just felt comfortable and very pleasant.
