We have tried three of Hibachi’s locations and they all have two things in common. One is that the restaurant decor is tired and dirty. The other is terrible food. We like hibachi style cooking and have been to many restaurants including well knowns such as Benihana and Sakura. They are clean, classy and top of the line both in food and service. We will be driving to Bel Air to Sakura in the future.

I’ve also been to three different Hibachi locations. Two i go to more frequently. I have never had a bad experience with Hibachi. The food is always delicious, and the wait is never long. The people who cook the food are entertaining and good at what they do.
I would certainly recommend you give it a try!
It’s allllll about the teriyaki!
My favorite part of every meal is always the salad though, its DELICIOUS!
Each meal comes with a few shrimp, which are tossed to you, a salad, and a few sides.
