This is one of my all time favorite restaurants! The food is freaking awesome! I’ve only been here three times because it’s so far away but if I could find someone willing to go with me, I’d do the 45 minute drive just for the food. The atmosphere is great. The walls are littered with Lord of the Rings memorabilia and fantasy art. The restaurant is located in a house which makes it feel even more like a little quaint hobbit hole. Oh and the food! The St. Lucia is what I would get every time. It’s a tuna steak sandwhich with a delicious, tangy garlic lime sauce. I have yet to try many other things here because of that sandwhich! If you are anywhere near houston at all and you haven’t tried this place then you better get your butt away form the computer and drive up there immediately!

Love love love Hobbit Cafe!! Great vegetarian selection, the beer selection rocks, and the patio is great for a nice afternoon! Gotta try the black bean burger…Mmmmm
