As always, double white rice and no egg roll . . . Kung Pao Chicken is a mixture of chicken breast stir-fried with strips of carrots, onions, green peppers, bamboo shoots, waterchestnuts and mushrooms (which I omit) in a spicy/savory sauce and then it’s topped with peanuts. Dish can be made with no/light oil and cornstarch for a healtheir version (taste is not affected by this and I often do this).

I may be a little biased in my review of Hong Kong Express but that’s to be expected as I work there from time to time at the front counter. Lots of regular customers and new customers all the time.
