Tonight, we went out to eat with a group of friends. We ordered several Blue Hawaiians. When we got them they tasted awful. Keep in mind that we have been here on numerous occasions and have never had a problem. Instead of asking for the waitress to get us a new round of drinks, we suggested that she add more sweet and sour. She suggested pineapple juice instead. After receiving our bill, we discovered that we were charged a $1.50 for the pineapple juice and $0.75 for a slice of onion to be added to a sandwich (which no one notified us would be additional.) After paying for our bill and applying a 10% tip for our poor service, we were getting ready to head out the door when a random worker walked by and says It s f***ed up that you only paid 10 percent. We addressed the situation by requesting to speak with the manager and requested to know the name of the girl who made the statement. The manager was not present and the girl initially refused to give out her name. She then finally yelled that it was Mallory, who is a dishwasher. We spoke with our waitress and she stated that she had made a comment because she expected to get tipped more. We explained why we tipped the way we did and she apologized. I have never experienced customer service like this and plan on telling everyone I know! We will not be returning!
