Good first experience

This happening place was great for lunch today. There is a mixed crowd of old and young, but it is un-mistakably a Lettuce restaurant. High quality of food, the decor is professional and the service was crisp and clean. Over all it was a very diverse menu, with reusable glass water bottles on every table. Its worth a visit.

One thing you need to do is check out their hiring video at hub51chicago.com. It makes even the most successful want to work at a Lettuce restaurant.

Fish Tacos

it was a solid dish with served with a full plate of rice and beans. Very good salsa and nice presentation.

HUB 51 is the River North creation from R.J. and Jerrod Melman, the younger generation of the Lettuce Entertain You organization. HUB 51 is a convergence of entertainment, nightlife, dining and social activity-much like the offbeat creations of LEYE were years ago. Striving to be at the heart of Chicago's social and dining scene, the attitude at HUB 51 is to expect the unexpected, a place offering unconventional perks, and outstanding food, drink and service in a spacious urban setting.
