Tucked in a little strip mall is Ichiban right next to Family Dollar and CVS in Ashland. I don’t think they’ve been there more than a year or so but I gotta’ say they have got the business up and running! Every time I go in there’s always someone picking up an order to go, they have great Sushi specials, lunch specials and dinner specials. The food is great and the menu is vast. I’ve been there about 10 times and it’s always good. I like to order from both the Japanese and Chinese menus. I love the CRAZY ROLL and the Singapore Noodles. Try it!
