An unexplored treasure
I’ve gone to the Jackson Diner a few times now for the buffet, and have been quite pleased each time. The restaurant was clean and the service was nice. The servers were happy to tell me about the dishes and spices used in the buffet. My younger son(a culinary institute hopeful) and I were impressed with the Masala Dosa station, where they make the Dosa bread right in front of you. All in all a very pleasant experience. We’re going today for lunch.
Dishes I tried:
Lunch Buffet
The flavors at the buffet were subtle, nothing there to overpower the palate. Even the curry dishes were not heavily spiced.
