A friend who used to live in Seattle took us to Jai Thai in Fremont (is it related to the other Jai Thais around town?), noting that when the location was more convenient (ie, before he moved to Flagstaff) he would come in at least a couple of times a week. It’s a big spacious dining room plus bar with a funky feel that seems to fit Fremont pretty well. Service was almost too speedy; no lingering over the fresh spring rolls here. But the food was great.
