Possibly the most divine, heavenly and incredible meal of my life.

Gorgeous, relaxing oasis in the midst of chaotic Columbus Circle. Service was stellar — incredibly conscientious without being overbearing. Stick to the signature dishes if you can. My favorites: sea scallop/cauliflower/caper-raisin emulsion appetizer; tourbot with chateau chalon sauce (the sauce was one of the best I’ve had anywhere – incredibly delicious); arctic char. Slight disappointments: goat cheese gnocchi; crunchy rabbit; chocolate dessert course.

Highly recommended for a special night out on the town.

4 words: SO NOT WORTH IT. okay more words: if you are in that vicinity and hungry, don’t eat here. just go to wholefood’s sushi bar. that’s actually better than this place. seriously.

really great service! after each plate is presented, they announce it and explain what it is made of. the food was VERY good.. and u come out fully satisfied! salmon and steak entrees were both very good. salmon that just melts in your mouth type of gooood!

Awarded 3 Michelin Stars this year, you can’t go wrong! They are one of the many fabulous restaurants in the city that offer the $28 three-course lunch; which is a steal. The fennel salad with shrimp is yummy. In the summer they offer refreshing curried melon-mint soup. They offer very fulfilling organic chicken. For dinner, get the Fois Gras or the red snapper if they are offered on the menu. Don’t get the salmon, it is always salty and very average. Only go if you want good food and enjoy your dining experience. Don’t go if you want to go to a trendy place. This place is only trendy for elderly women at a median age of 70. Dessert is a must.

Go for the seasonal tasting menu – loved the foie gras brulee, lobster in gruyere broth, and even the asparagus dish! most diners are much older so it’s not a fun/rowdy place but the staff was very helpful and it’s a great place for special occasions :)
