here’s how to go about eating some of the best indian food you’ll ever have: they have a menu, but i’d recommend bypassing that and heading straight for the buffet; the food is always steaming hot and none of it ever tastes worn-out. take care not to burn yourself on the hot dish the (literally) sizzling complimentary chicken comes on. of course you don’t want to fill up on soup, but at least try the lentil soup, as it’s crazy good. please try and be less awkward around the belly dancers than i am, or go on the six nights a week when they aren’t there. take a hot date with you, as the atmosphere lends itself to the whole arabian-nights thing.
try not to overdose on the fried samosas and creamy dishes, but forgive yourself if you do, and move on.
