The best Bossam that I can think of in California! I tried some other places in LA, Fullerton, Garden Grove.. but I have to say Kohbawoo is the best here.. unless you make it yourself at home.
Their modeum bossam (the large plate combo) is just amazing. It includes steamed pork (bossam) with picked veggies to wrap the pork around, but it also includes Pork hock, and a small fish dish. It’s big enough to fill 3-4 people.. and I mean fill them up.
The jaengbangooksu is also very good, it’s refreshing and spicy and feels like you’re eating healthy (although it’s not really)

Many people are familiar with Korean BBQ, especially beef. But not many people have tried bosam, or roasted tender pork with sour cabbage and other pickled goodies. This is a great place to experience Korean food in a different but still delicious way.
