The food wasn’t exceptional but it was decent. The place had a pretty good lunch crowd for a weekday. However, the service wasn’t that great in my opinion.

I’m giving this place a 3 star rating because they have pretty bad service. Haha. Food’s acceptable, not fantastic. If you’re looking for a tasty good deal on a lot of meat, I’d definitely stick around the Flushing, Queens area to explore Northern Blvd. Otherwise, Kumgangsan can’t be beat for late night munchies and cravings for kalbi and Korean BBQ. They have a good spicy beef and mushroom noodle soup thing too, but that’s for those who like it hawt.

I love the food. 24 hour bbq…can’t beat that. there’s been quite a few conflicts lately with the whole “on the house” promotions they have. the waiter will say that some appetizer is on the house, but then it shows up on the bill. next time it happens, we’re not eating it.

ech — so,so. most of the kimchi was great, but that’s no stellar feat. I hear the Bi Bim Naeng Myun is amazing here, but — by myself — didn’t want that to be my full meal. I ordered the wonderous mouthful Kimchi Jap Chae Dol Sot Bap, but ended up with a big bowl of yawnish rice and chicken, and a brick in my stomach. Must return with others to try the BBNM. One of these days!!!

Great place for some classic Bibim Bop served in a sizzling bowl. Nice, casual dining but service is minimal, and it can be pretty loud. The free appetizers also fill you up.

After a long night of drinking, who needs a 24-hr diner, when you’ve got a 24-hr Korean restaurant? Nothing hits the spot at 4am like kalbi and pajun.

awesome decor. waterfall and such. GO TO THE ONE IN FLUSHING. its better!
