La Boheme Restaurant ~ Bed & Breakfast

A very disappointing evening. We went here for New Years Eve 2008.
The Service from the French Waiter was dreadful.
In fact there was a real lack of service.
He ignored us for most of our meal.
The building was very run down, reminded us of a “Slum Landlord.”
The food was no more than a 2 Star rating.
We had heard over the years that this was a restaurant that offered fine dining.
At a price of $128 per plate, we were really disappointed at the lack of cleanliness in general in this run down restaurant.
The washrooms were really dirty, so you can imagine what the kitchen must be like.
We will not give it a 2nd chance.
The waiter was really disfuntional in his service, or should I say the lack of it.
He was bewildered for our whole meal. As well he never even offered us salt or pepper once.
Our glasses were empty most of the evening, he did not notice. The Champagne was the cheapest, as well the wine selection or lack of it was awful.
The soup was ice cold, the sauce for the chicken breast was none other than out of a can of Campbell’s soup.
The rugs were torn and dirty, as well the ceilings were all cracked with leaking plumbing pipes.
