Lending his forty years of gourmet experience as Head Chef, Robbie Ross, creates classic French and Italian presentations with
a penchant for perfection. In his words, “No departures from the
original recipes are ever contemplated”, Chef Robbie, jokingly
refers his culinary skills akin to the Vince Lombardi Theory..that
first you must master the foundations, before adding any fanfare
Under his watchful management, Chef Robbie Ross, truly deserves
a Michelin Star in my book
We’ve enjoyed the roast duck with orange creations through France, and have yet to find anything that begins to rival the
creation of Chef Robbie Ross. Truly remarkable, in original taste
and surely a difficult reproduction, but worthy of the efforts for the
devoted home chef. That is, getting Chef Robbie to part with his
recipe, that he does elucidate, “Takes a day to prepare”..
