This building has seen 5 restaurants in about the same number of years. Never has there been a restaurant as popular as Layang Layang, the current tenants. There fresh mix of Malaysian food is unique and delectable.
Great appetizer, eat it while its warm though!

As a previous reviewer mentioned, Layang Layang is located in a spot that is a bit different from the norm – a standalone former house on a very large road, with no other restaurant in sight. No wonder there’d been so many restaurants that had come and gone here in years past. But Layang Layang’s managed to stick around for a number of years, and for good reason – the good food quality.
Being in a former house, you wouldn’t be surprised that this restaurant has a “homey” feel to it. Service is a bit slow but definitely pleasant. But the highlight is the food variety and quality. There aren’t a lot of other Malaysian restaurants in the area, so I’ll definitely be coming back in the future to get a fix of tasty, spicy malaysian cuisine.
