Pacific NW ingredients in a French fashion. Seared Foie Gras with apricots and peach tart and a ’96 LeFlaive Batard, Scallop and lobster mushroom gratine was fabulous, foie gras profiterolles to cap it off.
Next door to a booming concert venue adds to the ambiance.

The food was amazing! I did consume 2 days of calories in one meal however. The wine pared perfectly. Great environment but very loud. Felt like we had left Portland and were in New Orleans or Europe.
