I agree with Danny. Not worth the cost. Last time I went I ordered a coffee drink that came out cool, and then it took a very long time to get it back warm when all that was needed was sticking it in the microwave for a minute.

I’ve soured on this place. First few times I went (always to the Menlo Park place) it was solid. Last few times, a couple at Santana Row and most recently again at Menlo Park, it’s been mediocre. Not just fair, but mediocre. I had the steak frites, a basic dish. The frites were fine, but the steak was hard and tasteless. Disappointing, not worth the cost; I doubt I’ll go again.
