4.0I went to Linguini’s for an end of semester celebration with my boyfriend and found it to be even better suited than I had expected it to be. I was only mildly disappointed at the lack of bread offered before the meal (which is something that I’m accustomed to at places like this), but the affordability, huge portion sizes and great tasting food more than made up for it.
Their pizza was fantastic (as was the pasta dish we shared both of) and our waitress was very friendly willing to give suggestions of her favorite dishes and seemed to genuinely love the food there. I’d definitely go there just to pick up pizza on a Friday night as it’s about the same price as any other pizza, but so much tastier!
My only complaints about the places was that it was a bit drafty and the service (though very friendly) was a big slow, but we did go at an odd time of the day and so they were a bit understaffed and are probably used to having more people around to fill the place with body heat.
I must say, this is possibly one of the best pizza’s that I have EVER had. Though I don’t see it on the online menu, I believe the one we had contained goat cheese, spinach, garlic and tomatoes… we had it with their white sauce which was very light and perfect. It was simply amazing.
It is about $10 for a small or $15 for a large. We ordered the small and it was enough (with an appetizer) for us to share alone.
Another amazing dish. The garlic infused olive oil made a very nice and flavorful sauce. The veggies were well chosen for the sauce and very abundant. Pretty much every bite of this dish was a little taste of heaven in my mouth. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone.
