Summary: Group-friendly round tables fill the open, cafeteria-like dining room of this North Park spot. Most of the tables have rotating tabletops to facilitate sharing. Waiters dart around from the kitchen with steaming portions of deep fried duck, beef noodle soup, garlic shrimp stir fried dishes and assorted vegetables. Saigon has delicious food and the prices are not bad at all. The atmosphere is kind of hectic and the restaurant is a bit cramped but you can’t exactly beat the quality of food. They also serve boba and the waiters are very friendly. Food can take a while to make but one gets seated very quickly.

Great food, great prices

Good quality Vietnamese food - especially the seafood - without paying a ton of money. My only complaints are the tight layout and not-so-great service.

Mediocre

This is usually my last resort restaurant because it is one of the few places that are open until 10pm. Service is pretty slow but the menu selection is huge. Pho is not that flavorful and the meat they used is not that good of a quality. Still...
