In June of 2001, Winter Place LLC was founded by Paul Licari for the purpose of purchasing Locke-Ober, with partner nationally renowned Chef Lydia Shire. Lydia Shire in charge of Locke-Ober’s culinary legacy with Chef Mario Capone has accomplished what she had always envisioned, preserving the legacy while adding her creative genius to the menu. Alongside her dynamic cuisine, lies the sensational ambiance of this monument to art, history, and Boston itself.
