From the moment I walked through the door of this charming eatery, I was under a spell. It’’s warm, inviting, and unique. As I sat listening to the crackling fire, sipping a glowing glass of wine I prepared my taste-buds for what I knew would be a great culinary adventure. I glanced over the menu and found myself salivating at the thought of each and every dish described. When pressed for a decision by my chummy waiter I so badly wanted to say “bring it all out , I want to try everything” , but I held back and instead ordered the Tenderloin meatballs with spaghetti in Chef Ricardo’s very own fresh tomato sauce. After ordering I just sat, enjoying my wine and the electric energy of the restaurant. Everyone was smiling, everyone was laughing, everyone was under the spell. When my food arrived I was engulfed by the aroma of the tomato sauce, pure euphoria. I took my first bite, it was at that moment I knew what good food was. For the next twenty minutes I was floating on a cloud, never before have I tasted such splendor. Never before have I payed a visit to a restaurant where the chef cared so deeply and passionately for the food he was serving. Needless to say, I highly recommend!
