Amazing staff. Food was the best I've had at a long horns before. Staff was courteous. Definitely will come back. Helen was an amazing waitress. Different attitude for a Richmond restaurant.

Always such a long wait and over crowded...but the food is great. I think they need to rethink the position if the reservation/check in desk though.

Steak was a bit over cooked this time. I learned my lesson long ago about sending food back to the kitchen. So, I toughed through the chewy, dry piece of shoe leather.
