4.0Our area does not have a lot of casual dining. A few years ago Texas Roadhouse opened. We were very surprised when the shopping across the street was developed and the first restaurant put in was another steakhouse. We would have preferred an Italian place.
Anyhow, Longhorn is good. It’s a typical casual steakhouse without the peanut shells on the floor. I suppose it is slightly more upscale than its competitor.
I usually order a filet when I dine here. While nothing fancy, Longhorn cooks their steaks expertly. I very much appreciate that.
We have had the spicy Firecracker Chicken Wraps a couple times. I like the spice as does my wife.
Service has been less than great each time we have been here.
