Tasty authentic italian hole in the wall left little to be desired. Hot baked bread was served as a starter, large portions at a medium price. Family atmosphere, small restaurant, loved it. Pastas are great, Antipasto salad = man’s salad…

I met a friend for lunch at Lorna’s – I’m not sure how busy it gets at dinnertime, but it was great for a medium-length lunch. We were seated/served quickly, and our water and the yummy bread just kept coming – this is particularly important to me because I love bread AND I tend to drink a lot of water as I eat!

The food was good too. I had the Broccoli Pesto (with penne noodles), really tasty! Although the oil content probably makes it a little less healthy than it otherwise sounds :) It didn’t taste oily at the time, but when I went to reheat the leftovers, then you could really see it. So maybe don’t go there every day, but I’d definitely go back for more tasty and affordable Italian meals.

Lastly, I’d recommend sitting outside (esp. for lunch, the inside seemed a little dark during the day) to soak in the SD sun :)
