OUTSTANDING

My parents dated in the 60’s and went to Mama’s. Now I actually bring tour groups that are in Milwaukee to here for the pizza. They all absolutely love it. They love the mom & pop atmosphere. They love the pizza, the people. Even when I am out of town, my first stop when I get back in town has to be at Mama’s just to get the pizza. This is one of the best pizzas that I’ve ever had. Plus great pasta, lasagna, garlic bread, outstanding beer selection…you see they have it all and it is great and reasonably priced.

Don't waste your money!

The only good thing about the food were the onion rings. The pizza was awful. The sausage was really bad and the whole pizza had a weird flavor. Crust was like rubber. The service was slow and it took a very long time to get our food. We were there forever! We will not go back.

Horrible crust, like rubber or old or something. The whole pizza had a weird taste and the sausage was bad. The crust wasn’t crisp, was kind of like a hand tossed style. You could hardly cut it with a fork when you needed to. Strange texture.

Wow… that’s really too bad. I have heard such good things about De Marini’s… both of them! I would have absolutely sent that pie back but it’s hard when you’ve already had to wait for so long just to get the first one. My condolences, and thanks for the heads up!

Yes and the waitress was a snot! I ordered a 1/2 cheese/ 1/2 sausage because she talked up the sausage. Usually I only eat cheese with the kids. The sausage was terrible in my opinion so I picked it off and at the pizza with out. So there was a pile of sausage on the tray. When she picked the tray up to wrap the leftover pizza she asked if I liked the sausage and I said that I didn’t. So what does she do, she puts the sausage that I picked off the pizza and put them in a container and put them in with the leftover pizza. I don’t think she liked that I didn’t like the sausage. We will never go back it was a bad experience!
