At 7:19pm on May 1st I called for an order totalling $36. I was put on hold for 5 minutes before I could place my order. At 8:25 I called back to the restaurant to find out where my order was. I was assured it was on it’s way. At 9:15 a delivery girl arrived with HALF of the order. (She stated she’d forgotten the rest. At 9:28 she brought back the rest of the order, charged a delivery fee and full price. The pizza was cold. The wings were cold and not very good. The salad was fresh. Hmmmmmmm…

I recently ordered a pizza from Mama Lina’s at 5:20pm on Friday the 20th of March 2009. The pizza never arrived until 7:20 pm, what terrible service. After calling the manager numerous times and complaining, the manager/owner himself said there was nothing he could do their were no more pizzas let to be delivered. Two minutes later the pizza arrived, cold…. very cold. I called back to speak with the owner, and he did not want to talk. I could her him in the background saying, i dont want to talk there is nothing i can do. This response is very un- professional, coming from someone that claims to make Ney York style pizza. Not only is this pizza NOT anywhere near NY style, it is also a slap in the the face to the REAL peolple in New York that do make the real thing. What a joke for a resteraunt, I would not recommend this place to anyone, because I would not want them to have to deal with someone as disgraceful as this.
