White Sail’s resident chef Joshua Harrison purchased the restaurant in December and has changed the name to Maple Tree Lorne. As Lornes best kept secret, the contemporary menu changes frequently and includes fresh seafood and an extensive wine list. Offering an intimate atmosphere as well as alfresco dining, you can enjoy the experiance from 6pm Tuesday to Sunday
