If you like ice cream, Marble slab is where you want to be. It is the best ice cream shop in town. The best part of Marble slab, everything in the shop, is made there, all the ice cream, the owner creates himself, the baked goods, cookies and brownies, the short cake, all done by hand, It’s all made in the shop, even the cones and cakes. Every flavor is bursting with all natural ingredients, at a higher nutritional value. Bringing out the best in every bite.
Dishes I tried:
Strawberry Shortcake
Strawberry short cake has been a favorite desert, I’ve enjoyed since I was a child. Of course you can use any flavor if ice cream, my favorite is the sweet cream, which is piled on top of short cake, then smothered in a real strawberry puree. As an extra bonus fresh strawberries and whip cream tops it all. What stun me though, is every ingredient used to to create that dish is.

Marble Slab Experience
This was the best xperience we have ever had in a ice cream shop. The manager Frank P. was very helpful and happy to help.This was are first time to visit and we will be back.
Dishes I tried:
Peanut butter chrunch
Well Chocolate swiss ice cream made in store with cocoa imported from Europe with a distinct Alpine flair, it had Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and Nestle Chrunch Bar. Excellent Quality and Excellent Value :)
