Martan’s is a kind of Mexican/Tex-Mex diner that’s a great bet for a weekend late breakfast. Just don’t expect to waltz in and get a table. You’ll have to line up with the guys on the sidewalk, more likely, because the place is small. But it’s tasty, offering not only burritos but chiliquiles, huevos rancheros, and good coffee in a bright, colorful atmosphere.
