1.0I have ordered from here twice now. The first time, I ordered baked ziti, what I received was creamy spaghetti noodles with layers and layers of baked cheese on top. The cream tasted like ranch dressing. It was literally the most disgusting thing I had ever eaten in my life; I took one bite and threw out the rest. I ordered here a second time because it is the closest restaurant to my hotel and I thought if I ordered something different, just plain spaghetti with marinara, I would have a better experience. However, although I had ordered spaghetti with marinara, I received the same EXACT disgusting meal as last time. Needless to say there was no marinara sauce on the noodles… not a single tomato! I called the restaurant to refund my credit card. When I called I was put on the phone with the manager and had explained my situation; that they had delivered the wrong order. The manager insisted that that was how they made their spaghetti. I said that is not spaghetti with marinara sauce…. The man would not let me speak, kept cutting me off and tried to make it seem as if I was imagining things or making them up. I was furious and have never dealt with ruder people or experienced such disgusting food in my life.
