I was very disappointed with Millers restaurant. I read the history online and thought it looked like it would be some what authentic and it was no different then any other franchise restaurant. I found it trying to capitalize on the Amish dinning but did not even come close. I went there for breakfast because they offered scrapple it tasted nothing like the Amish scrapple. Just another tourist trap commercializing on the Pennsylvania Dutch name. Try Stoltzfus Farm Restaurant in Intercourse, Pa It is the real
Pennsylvania Dutch Cooking.
dry, no flavor tasted nothing like Amish scapple. Was not seasoned correctly. It was the only item that reflected the Amish foods.

For $23.95 a person this was an awful attempt at a top notched buffet. The beef they do hand carve but its a piece of rubber some kind of cut that looked like a beef tenderloin but was eye roast or something. I would not suggest this to…

Dont let the name "smorgasbord" turn you off if you're like me & think that means lower quality massed produced foods. A friend dragged me to Miller's & WOW was I impressed! A chef carving fresh beef! All fresh veggies like 'real' mashed…
